In
order to build the nanofactory of tomorrow, it is essential to be able
to choose from a 3 to 6 degrees of freedom (dof) very high precision
manipulators family. The applications for such manipulators include
optical and optoelectronic elements, fibers and lens positioning, scanning
and assembly, as well as biological cell manipulation. |
