MX100x series
1 degree of freedom – translation (T) or rotation (R)The MX1001 is an active translation stage for very high precision positioning.
Based on flexures, the MX1001 has no friction, no wear and no backlash. It is perfectly adapted for clean room applications.
Thanks to the special design based on flexures, the stage fits perfectly with high dynamics requirements. Its first undesired vibration mode is higher than 300Hz.
Combining direct drive actuators with linear encoder with 1nm resolution, this translation stage insures a very high level a precision.
